FAQ

Q. How much does it cost to build a new home?

A. Our old answer was this: "Every custom home build is different.  There are many factors to consider when building a new home.  Our investigations indicate costs to be estimated at $160-$200 per sq. ft.  So, a 1,500 sq. ft. home would range in cost from $240,000 - $300,000 (this does not include the lot price or our management fee)." Our new answer is: "Considering existing material deficits, subcontractor unavailability and price gouging as a result of the COVID pandemic, it is nearly impossible to predict and provide exact estimations for what it will cost to build a new home. If you decide to still move forward with a new build during this time, bring not only your checkbook but your entire family's checkbook."

Q. How much are your home building management fees?

Depends on the size and complexity of the project.
