Q. How much does it cost to build a new home?

A. Our old answer was this: "Every custom home build is different.  There are many factors to consider when building a new home.  Our investigations indicate costs to be estimated at $160-$200 per sq. ft.  So, a 1,500 sq. ft. home would range in cost from $240,000 - $300,000 (this does not include the lot price or our management fee)." Our new answer is: "Considering existing material deficits, subcontractor unavailability and price gouging as a result of the COVID pandemic, it is nearly impossible to predict and provide exact estimations for what it will cost to build a new home. If you decide to still move forward with a new build during this time, bring not only your checkbook but your entire family's checkbook." We like to be able to accurately quote our projects and the current climate makes that difficult. We do not believe in gouging our customers. THIS IS WHY WE ARE NOT TAKING ON NEW BUILDS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.

Q. How much are your remodeling management fees?

Depends on the size and complexity of the project.

Q.  Where will you two take on renovation projects?

Q. What kind of remodeling projects have you done?

Garage to art studio conversion, sunroom addition, kitchen remodel, basement finishes, etc.

Q. I have a general contractor but need design help. Do you provide that service?

Absolutely! Toni will work with you from start to finish to help identify your style, find samples, create a budget and help you stick to it!

Q. How much are design services?

Depends on the size and complexity of the project.
