We can wholeheartedly recommend Toni and Jerry with Clear Mind Design. They were on-time, knowledgable and competitively priced with our roof sag and framing issue at our duplex. We hired a structural engineer after our initial meeting with Toni and Jerry and were so happy to have the engineer recommend the same repairs and recommendations as Clear Mind Design. We were worried our tenants would be disturbed by the work, but they were so fast and clean we received no complaints!
